We have noticed that in some occasions, Tracker App may incorrectly show for some R10 devices (R10, R10 Hybrid, R10i, R10i Hybrid) that there is a device update available, even though the device software is up to date. The problem is currently being investigated and we are working to resolve the problem urgently.
You can check the firmware version of your device under device settings in the Tracker application (open main menu -> select “Devices” -> tap on your device to open the device settings). You can find the latest information about the latest firmware version for each device model from our support site support.tracker.fi.
