Because the application used is 1:1 the same, so are the licenses and App's settings etc, so Tracker techsupport can help with those, except with the exception of B-Bark GPS devices

Tracker support can not help with B-Bark GPS device stats, phone numbers, IDs, settings or commands used, etc. for they have no access to such information

B-Bark GPS devices can be trackerd and managed with the new version 6 application (iOS or Android)
This is 1:1 the same app, whether the App is named B-bark 6 or Tracker Hunter 6

But B-Bark's GSP devices differ so much in their technical solutions and properties from Tracker's GPS devices that it's best to contact B-Bark's own support, as Tracker's technical support can help with phone application problems, but not directly with technical problems related to B-Bark's GPS devices (for the reasons mentioned above).

If the B-Bark GPS device itself works ok and gives position updates to someone else who follows it, but not to you, i.e. it would not be a problem with the GPS device per se, but with the App used + Tracker's Live service when locating the B-bark GPS device, then you can proceed by following these instructions:
