Why some information related to dog's movement, barking etc. is not available?

Quick answer: 



New GPS device's that use new  software/firmware versions also need the latest Tracker application software version for your phone

If one of the users that have some GPS device added with the owner's password has an old out-of-date application on their phone and, for example, he sets and requests position updates via Tracker Live -service with it, then that request does not include all the info needed for new features to work ok

In that case, the GPS device will not send that information back to the one tracking that GPS device, and then it will not be given to anyone else either who is tracking that GPS device (not even those with the phone App updated and ok)

The reason why: Because the person who sent the original command did not have an up-to-date updated version of the application on their phone, and as a result, the command sent to GPS device was incomplete or had something missing from it that would've been needed for everything to work ok

It is therefore recommended that anyone operating GPS device with an owner password to have always the latest updated version of the Tracker App on their phone (see instructions on "How do I update the application?")
