Why doesn't the age of the dog's position data reset at all or shows zero all the time?

Quick answer: 

The main reason for this:
The time on the phone is not the same as the GPS time on the device you're tracking


If the application on your phone is out of date (old software version, application has not been updated), you may have problems with the status information of the GPS device:

1. Make sure that your own position on map is updated in real time, i.e. the application on your phone can use your phone's own GPS without any issues

2. Once the coordinates shown on map for "My position" has been updated 10 times, the information of the GPS device you're tracking should also start to update ok

3. If the age (timer) for the dog's position updates is zero continuously (or shows some other number, but won't give updates in real time), and the problem occurs 1:1 the same for everyone who's tracking this GPS device in question, then it is likely that the dog GPS device is sending the wrong time

If this is the case, then contact Tracker Service and, if necessary, send the GPS device to Tracker Service/Maintenance
