Tracker App - Purchase or extend service time

What of these options you have available varies from country to country:

  1. The easiest and fastest way is to make a purchase through the App's Account menu
  2. The Team license can only be purchased from the Tracker web shop
  3. You can also purchase additional service time from your Tracker retailer


Purchase via the Account menu
To extend or purchase a new service time through the App's Account menu:
Go to Main Menu -> Account -> "Purchase from web shop"

The usage period purchased through the Account menu takes effect immediately and is updated in the Account menu: "The license is active" (Expiry time)

If the service time expiry date/time doesn't appear to be updated:
- Shut down the application and restart it

If the application had 3 months of remaining time, for example, and you extend it by buying an additional 12 months, then the application has 12 months + 3 months, i.e. the new purchased service time does not replace or reset the service time you had prior to this purchase, but only extends it for the purchased additional service time
Purchase via the Tracker web shop
The Team license includes 3 1-year licenses and can only be purchased from the Tracker web shop

After paying for the Team license in the Tracker web shop, you will receive an order confirmation in the e-mail you used with the order, which will show 3 separate 1-year activation codes

You can use the activation code of one of the 1-year Team license you purchased through the Account menu of the application:
Go to Main Menu -> Account -> "Extend with a license key"

When the usage time is successfully extended, the information about it is updated in the Account menu: "The license is active" (Expiry time)
