Tracker App - Advanced features (Pro-mode)

Open main menu -> Settings -> Pro mode


When the Pro mode button is tapped, the following settings and functions open below it:

Language
- You can select the phone's language or one of the 12 other languages for the application
Keep display on
- Keep screen on (overrides phone / tablet's own screen off settings)
Units
- Units of measurement
(Metric or US units)

- Coordinate format
(8 different formats for coordinates)

- Unit of heading angles
(5 different formats for heading angles)
Information on map
- Crosshair and measurement lines timeout
(1-10sec, custom or not hidden)

- Show measurement lines
(shows the distance from the coordinates of the cursor in the center of the map)

- Show angles on measurement lines

- Show distance circles
(on the most accurate map every 5 meters apart and on the world map up to 2000 km apart)

- Show scale line
(shown in the upper left corner of the map)

- Show coordinates of the map center
(shown in the upper left corner of the map)
Open chat messages automatically
- Show new messages automatically (group instant messaging)

You can select the following map buttons to be displayed on the map
You can also tap + hold map buttons displayed on the map to move them

- "Open main menu"
(by default in the lower left corner of the map)

- "Turn GPS on / off"
(by default in the lower right corner of the map)

- Compass
(by default in the upper right corner of the map)

- Targets
(by default in the lower right corner of the map)

- Switch views between your location and the target you're tracking
(by default in the lower right corner of the screen)

- Zoom in
(by default in the lower right corner of the map)

- Zoom out
(by default in the lower right corner of the map)
Target appearance
- Device icon size on map
(7 different sizes to choose from)

- Marker icon size on map

- Automatically adjust target size
(the size of the target icon adjusts when you zoom in on the map)

- Barking animations
(the dog symbol is animated when the dog barks)
Target tail length
- My position = 1h by default
(selectable: "No tail", 1min -> 1day or optional length)

- Tracking devices = 2h by default
(selectable: "No tail", 10min -> 1 day or optional length)

- Friends = 10min by default
(selectable: "No tail", 1min -> 1day or optional length)

- Reindeer collars = 7 days by default
(selectable: "No tail", 1d -> 28d or optional)



New features and settings outside the Settings menu:


Map markers
- In the Map Markers menu, you can e.g. select and delete several map entries at the same time
Allow loading of map tiles
- It is possible to toggle ON/OFF the download of map tiles in the Maps menu
Safety features
- "Train-on-area alarm" is available in the "Safety" menu
Additional information of the tracked target
When you drag up and open the menu at the bottom of the map, in addition to the normally displayed info on your dog's GPS device, the following is also available:

Tail distance
- the length of the trail / tail drawn by the dog is shown on the map

In addition to "Tail distance" the tail drawn on map also gives an indicator when the dog is barking
- A thicker line is used when the dog barks
POI/Waypoint icon at the bottom of the map
- A new function is available through the POI/Waypoint icon at the bottom of the map: "Quick POI at my position"
(Saves a POI/Waypoint to the coordinates where the map cursor is located at the time)
You can create new customized quick buttons to the map view
- Press and hold any icon of the menu item at the main menu
(or in the Maps menu, for example)
- You can create a new icon that can be placed in map view
- To delete a new shortcut icon You created: Tap + hold and move it over to the trash can in the center of the map view

If You want a quick access to Your Map markers:

- Open the main menu
- Tap: Maps
- Tap + hold the icon for "Map markers" menu item
- Move the new shortcut icon to the map

You can then quickly access Your Map markers by tapping this new icon You just made
