Active/Bark - Subscriptions and My Account

You need only one Tracker Active/Bark monthly or yearly subscription per device and the subscription will be invoiced automatically monthly or yearly, based on the payment method you selected (credit card or invoice). The subscription can be cancelled at any time of your choosing. The payment is handled by Klarna.

When you first time order Active/Bark subscription, you create a Tracker My Account and the accounts username is your email. You can login to My Account on our website or by clicking on this link. On the My Account you can see your subscriptions from all your Tracker Active/Bark devices that you own and if necessary, cancel your subscription. If you do not remember your password, you can reset the password on the same login page.

If you have ordered the monthly subscription and want to change it to the yearly subscription, you must first cancel your current subscription and then order the yearly subscription from our webstore.

Note that if you cancel the order, but the next order month has already started, you will receive an invoice from the subscription. The subscription must be ended before the current subscription ends – otherwise it will be invoiced from you.
