Service campaign March – April 2025
At the end of the hunting season, it is a good idea to have the devices serviced and ready for the next season.
In March and April 2025 we offer service packages at special prices. In addition to discounted service prices, we will pay the shipping costs for during the campaign (value 26 €).
Service package 1
Basic service Tracker G-series, Supra and Artemis
Campaign price 169 € Normal price 193 €
Basic service includes device shells, battery, antenna, collar, software update, labor and shipping costs.
Service package 2
Basic service of Ultracom R10 models
Campaign price 189 € Normal price 214 €
R10 basic service includes all plastic parts of the device, power cords, collar, battery,
battery cover, software update, labor and shipping cost.
Service package 3
Seasonal service R10 models
Campaign price 149 € Normal price 167 €
R10 seasonal service includes the plastic part between the battery and transmitter section, power cords, software update, labor and shipping cost.
Service package 4
Seasonal service Ultracom Avius and Hybrid
Campaign price 169 € Normal price 193 €
Avius / Hybrid seasonal service includes collar and receiver upgrades, dog collar antenna and collar, as well as 2 pcs batteries, labor and shipping costs.
The package price includes any potential repair work. Replacement of parts not included in the package will be charged according to the price list of the respective part. There will be no separate charge for labor. If the service cost exceeds €230, we will contact the customer to approve the repair expenses.
Replaced parts and service work have a 1-year warranty.
How to order?
- Fill in the service form and enter the desired service package number(s) in the fault report/message field of the service order. E.g "I want to order Service Pack 2.
- Be sure to also mention any issues with your device if you know it has any. E.g "The device does not turn on, positioning is not working".
- Submit the form. You will receive an email with instructions on how to deliver the device for service.
- You can also submit the device for repair through the retailer!
Maintenance other than those included in the offer package is normally carried out at an hourly rate of 81 € / hour + parts + delivery costs. Min. work charge 40,50 € (0,5 h work). If the service price exceeds 230 €, we will contact the customer to approve the repair costs.
