On this page we indicate the estimated service lead time in working days.
For devices arriving for service during week 50 / 2025 and thereafter, the estimated turnaround time is more than 10 working days.
Please note that the Christmas and New Year public holidays will further extend the processing time.
We will update the service turnaround time information again in week 2 / 2026.
The lead time is the time from the moment the device arrives at our service centre until the moment it is sent back to the customer or dealer.
