The estimated lead time for devices coming in for service in week 51 /2024 is 7 working days.
The holidays between Christmas and New Year's will extend the turnaround time for maintenance. Therefore, the returns for maintenance received on or after December 17, 2024, will be postponed to 2025
The lead time is the time from the moment the device arrives at our service centre until the moment it is sent back to the customer or dealer.
