Allow approx. 30-40 minutes for the software update
- If possible, remove the old batteries from the device
- Make sure from the last location information that the coverage of the device was good (GSM value)
(or that you know there is good reception in the area)
- Open the device settings menu from the Tracker application
- Tap on "Software version" and accept the software update
- If the device's battery was removed, put it back in place now
- Wait three days and check if the version has changed. If not, you can do the update again
