We want to inform about important changes to our reindeer products. After careful consideration, we have decided to stop selling our current range of reindeer GPS devices. Our stock is sold out of reindeer devices and related supplies.
What this means for you:
- The phone number of our reindeer seller has been closed. If you have any questions or need help, you can contact us through our support site at support.tracker.fi. Our support team is ready to help you with any questions you may have.
- We still offer SIM card subscription for the reindeer devices in our online store. Make sure you have enough subscription for your device.
- Our device service and customer support will continue until May 1, 2025. During this time, we continue to make sure that the devices are working optimally and provide you the necessary support.
- Service and support for the devices will cease on 1 May 2025, but the devices will continue to function technically after that.
Although sales of our current range of reindeer GPS devices have ended, we are excited about the future and the new possibilities we are developing for positioning. We actively follow the development of the industry and look for new solutions for our customers.
