We have recently introduced a new process for purchasing activation codes to extend the SIM card usage time for your Reindeer devices. This guide explains how you can place an order and how the process works.
1. Placing an Order
To place an order for activation codes for your Reindeer devices:
- Fill out the online form here.
- Provide your billing information.
- Specify the number of SIM card extensions you wish to purchase for your devices.
Once you submit the form, the information will be sent to our support team for processing.
2. Processing the Order
After you submit the form:
- Our team will handle the distribution of the activation codes for the Reindeer devices.
- An invoice will be sent to you based on the number of codes ordered.
3. Receiving Your Activation Codes
After we have processed the order, you will receive the activation codes via email.
4. How to Apply the Activation Codes for Reindeer Devices
If you're unfamiliar with using activation codes for your Reindeer devices, here’s a quick guide:
- Open the Tracker app, where your Reindeer devices are managed.
- Navigate to the devices menu, Tracker > Devices > Reindeer devices.
- Locate the section displaying the validity of the SIM-card for each device.
- Use the provided activation code to extend the SIM service by clicking the usage time > Use activation code.
