Placing an order in the new online store

Open the main menu and select "Account."

From the Account menu, select "Purchase License." The app will open the online store in your phone's browser.

Select "Global" as the location and language as “English”, then press "Apply."

Sign in using the same Google or Apple account that you have used to sign in to the Tracker app. If needed, you can check which account is in use in the Tracker app's Account menu.


After signing in, you will see a screen listing the devices linked to your account and the app usage time if you have used the app before.

You can place an order by selecting "Get Subscription" at the bottom of the page. If the option is not visible, swipe the screen downwards.


If you want to subscribe to app usage time, select "App subscriptions" To subscribe to usage time for a tracking device, select "SIM Subscriptions." In this guide, we will choose "App 

subscriptions"


Select the duration of the subscription; the options are 1 year or 1 week.

Choose whether you want to subscribe for yourself or someone else. In this guide, we will choose the subscription for personal use. Select "Myself" and then press "Get Subscription."


Next, you need to enter the order details. You can also use another email address for the order information, where the receipt will be sent. Enter your credit card details and select "Start Trial" or "Confirm Order" at the bottom.

Please note that if you already have remaining usage time, the free days at the beginning of the subscription belong to your previous order.
