The internet service disruption has now been resolved. All systems are operating normally again, and support request confirmations are working as expected.

A widespread disruption in internet services is currently affecting some of our operations. There may be delays in handling support requests, and the system is temporarily unable to send automatic confirmation messages when a support request is created.
The issue should not affect tracking devices or the functionality of the Tracker and WeHunt X applications.
