We kindly ask you to take note of the following changes regarding maintenance services and customer support for certain older Tracker GPS devices.
Key change
Natlink Oy’s maintenance services and technical customer support will end completely and be transferred to our partners as of 1 March 2026, for the following devices:
Tracker G400 FI
Tracker G500 FI
Tracker G1000
The devices will continue to function with both the Tracker application and the new Wehunt application for the time being.
Transfer of maintenance services and technical support
As of 1 March 2026, maintenance and technical customer support for these devices will be transferred to our partners.
