I have a problem adding the R10 Hybrid device to my Tracker app?
First, update the Tracker app to the latest version from the phone's marketplace (Play Store or Apple App Store. The update can be done by searching for Tracker and tapping on the "update" option, if one is available).

Make sure that blue light flashes on the VHF-receiver once per second. If the blue light flashes twice per second, press and hold the lower arrow button on the receiver until the device flashes a green light, release the button and the blue light will begin to flicker once a second.

Open your phone’s settings and select “Applications”, from there select Tracker app and go to app permissions. Give permission to the app to always use your own location. Go back to the settings menu of your phone and open your phone's own Bluetooth settings. Connect the receiver to your phone using your phone's own Bluetooth menu.

Open Tracker app and go to devices menu and try to first add the VHF-receiver to the app. If you still cannot connect the receiver, try to restart your phone, and try to add the device again. After you have successfully added the receiver to the app, then add the collar to the app at the same device’s menu.

How can I extend my Global SIM-card subscription?

You will receive an SMS when your device Global SIM-card subscription is ending. You can continue the Global SIM-card subscription from our web store

It is recommended to continue the subscription before the subscription ends. All purchases will go in line and activate when the remaining subscription ends.

How do I factory reset my R10 device (resetting the admin user)?

Open the main menu of the app and select "Devices" -> select your device and from the menu select the trash can icon. This will remove the device from the menu and send a factory reset command to the device.

Can I change the R10 SIM-card, and what are the mobile subscription requirements?
R10 comes with a pre-installed Global SIM-card. The card has all the necessary functions for the device. The card is forbidden to be changed.
R10 devices red or green LED-light is illuminating continuously?
If a red LED-light is illuminating continuously, it could indicate that the device has fault or error. Make sure that the SIM-card has subscription left (this can be checked from the app devices menu).

If a green light is illuminating continuously, the device is in factory state and waiting for an admin. Add the device to your application by opening the app -> open the main menu and select "Devices" and tap the plus button to add device -> select the correct device type (R10) -> input all the necessary information and add the device to the application. The green LED-light should stop illuminating in a couple of minutes.
My R10 device is not answering phone calls (bark listening not working)?
The caller must be the admin user of the device, or calls to the device must be allowed from the settings of the device.

Allow calls in the app on the device settings (Main menu -> Devices -> select the device). 

Make sure that the number calling to the device is not a "Private number". The calling phone number should be visible to the R10 device.

My R10 devices microphone for bark detection, is too sensitive or insensitive?
The admin user of the device can adjust the sensitivity of the bark microphone

Make sure the device is turned on -> open the main menu of the app and select "Devices" -> select your device and select "Bark adjustment". Higher value will make the microphone more sensitive and lower value will make the microphone less sensitive.

My admin phone number changed, and I'm not the admin of the R10 device anymore?
The R10 device should always be reset to the factory settings before changing the admin phone number (R10 device is locked to the admin phone number). If you don't have access to your prior phone number so that you could reset the device, please contact Tracker support. Send a picture of the ID-sticker on the first page of the manual, so that we can make sure you are the owner of the device, and we can reset the device.


How do I release the AviusLINK of my Avius device (releasing the Bluetooth connection)? 

Avius VHF-receiver can be attached to one mobile device at a time via Bluetooth. 

Tracker app:

Open the main menu and select "Devices" -> select your VHF-receiver and tap the trash can icon. This will release the Bluetooth connection between the mobile device and the VHF-receiver.

I cannot connect to my Avius VHF-receiver?
Make sure that the VHF-connection is turned on (the small VHF-receiver icon on the map view is green). If the icon is gray, tap on the icon and wait for it to turn green. Also make sure that your mobile device Bluetooth is turned on.

If you still cannot connect to the device, you can try to change the connection method of the VHF-receiver by holding the connection button (button with the circular arrows) of the VHF-receiver device for approximately six seconds. The VHF-receiver will flash the green LED-light to inform the user that the Bluetooth mode is changing. Release the button and wait for the device to restart.

After the Bluetooth mode is changed, the blue LED-light of the VHF-receiver will blink once per seconds until the connection has been established to the phone, after which the light will blink once per three seconds. Please note that after changing the Bluetooth mode, you have to reconnect the Avius device.

Tracker app:

Open the main menu and select "Devices". Select your VHF-receiver and remove the device from the app. You can now try to add the device again to the app.

I cannot connect to my Avius collar?
Make sure that the AviusLINK on the Tracker app is turned on and the Bluetooth connection on the mobile device is turned on. AviusLINK can be turned on from the top of the map screen, by tapping on the small Avius VHF-receiver icon (the icon should be green).

When adding the collar to the app, make sure that the collar is outside and connected to the satellites (the green LED light on the collar should blink once per three seconds). Also, make sure that you are adding the device by using the correct ID. The Device ID can be found on the first page of the manual or under the collar part on a separate sticker.

My Avius device bark microphone is too sensitive, or it's not sensitive enough? 

The admin user of the device can change the microphone sensitivity.

Open the main menu and select "Devices" -> select your device and select "Bark counter sensitivity". Adjust the sensitivity up to make the microphone more sensitive, and down if you want to adjust the microphone to less sensitive to sounds.
