Dear B-Bark Customers,
On 05.22.2025, starting at 08:00 (UTC +3), all B-Bark devices will be migrated to our unified platform—the same system used by our other device brands. The migration will take up to four hours, during which the devices may not function as expected.
What This Means for B-Bark Users:
Updated Command Texts:
After the migration, B-Bark devices will use slightly different command text formats to match those used by our other device brands.
New Device ID Format:
The device ID format in settings will change to reflect the unified platform (visible in device settings).
Attention Light Change:
The option to turn on the attention light via the app will be removed. However, the light can still be activated using an SMS command. The SMS commands is bbark light on to turn on the light and bbark light off to turn the light off.
WeHunt X Compatibility:
After the migration, B-Bark devices will be compatible with our upcoming application, WeHunt X (currently in open beta). The WeHunt X app the devices are added with the device IMEI-number.
It’s recommended that you write down your device IMEI somewhere safe for future use in WeHunt X. The IMEI-number can be found on on the device sticker, on the device box and on the Tracker app on the device settings.
You can learn more about WeHunt X here.
How to Add a New B-Bark Devices After Migration:
In the Tracker app, B-Bark devices can still be added using either: The device type "B-Bark" and phone number or as a Tracker device using the B-Bark device’s IMEI number
Note: After the migration you do not need to add your existing B-Bark devices to the Tracker app.
Note: Old B-Bark Easy QR codes are still supported in the Tracker app, but will not work in the new WeHunt X application.
We apologize for any inconvenience this migration may cause and thank you for your understanding as we continue to improve your user experience.
