As you may have already noticed, this autumn we have redesigned our online shop and moved it to the new address tracker-gps.com. At the same time, we have switched to a new payment provider, and as a result, your current monthly or annual subscription has been cancelled from our old payment provider system.
This change will not affect the validity of your device subscription. Your current monthly or annual subscription remains valid until the end of the current billing period. The subscription you made in the old payment provider system will continue to be active as usual until its expiration date.
However, if you wish to ensure that your Tracker Bark or Active device subscription continues uninterrupted beyond the current billing period, you need to renew your subscription in our new online store. This way, your subscription will remain active without interruption, and your Tracker Bark or Tracker Active device will continue to function seamlessly.

NOTE! If you already have cancelled your subscription, and therefore don't have an active device subscription at the moment, or if you already have bought a device subscription from tracker-gps.com, you can ignore this message.
Please note that you will need to log into the new online store using the same Google or Apple ID that you use to sign in to the Tracker app. So, you no longer need a separate account to manage your subscription in our online store!
