We have detected an issue with the Artemis external antenna. In some antennas, the antenna base is not properly attached to the antenna's cover tube, which may result in the detachment of the tube. This issue is specific to the L-series antenna production batch. For instructions on how to identify the L-series antenna, please refer to the picture below.
To get your L-series antenna replaced, please fill out all fields in the service request form. Below mentioned fields shall be filled with following information:
- Serial number field: Insert your Artemis serial number here (not the antenna's serial number)
- Description field: Mention that your issue is with an Artemis L-series antenna.
Once the form has been completed and sent to us, we will send you a replacement antenna.
