Wait for the indicator light to lights continuously and unpress the power switch.

The device is completely turned off when the indicator shuts down.

Charging failure:

  • Battery is too cold, bring the device to room temperature and wait until you start charging normally.
  • Poor contact, make sure the charging cable is intact and the charging connection is firm.
  • Charger power output too weak, try another charger.
  • Battery broken

*1. Plug in the charger. If no indicator lights up, wait for at least 3 hours.

2. Disconnect from the charger and wait for more than 2 minutes.

3. Reconnect to the charger and observe if the normal charging sequence begins.

4. If the charging starts, let it charge fully as usual.

5. If it doesn't start, wait for 2 minutes and start over from step 1. Sometimes the battery may require several such recovery cycles to revive.
