Open the main menu and select "Devices."
In the Devices menu, choose the device for which you want to purchase usage time.
In the device details, select 'Device Usage Time' and then “Web shop” Note: At this point, you can write down the device ID, which you will need later.
Select "Global" as the country and "English" as the language, and press "Apply." Or according to your position and language.
Log in using the same Google or Apple account you used to log in to the Tracker app. If needed, you can check the active account in the Account menu of the Tracker app.
After logging in, you will see a screen listing the devices linked to your account, as well as the app usage time if you've previously used the app.
To place an order, select "Get Subscription" at the bottom of the page. If the option is not visible, swipe the page downward.
If you want to order usage time for a device, select "SIM Subscriptions." For the Tracker app, you can order usage time by selecting "Software." In this guide, we select "SIM Subscriptions."
Choose the appropriate product for your device: a monthly subscription for Bark and Active devices, or "Device SIM Extension 1 year" for other devices.
Enter your device's ID number. If necessary, you can check the ID in the device details. Once you've entered the ID, you can press "Get Subscription."
Next, you need to enter payment information. You may use an alternate email address for the order details, where the order receipt will be sent. Enter your bank card information and select either "Start Trial" or "Pay and Order" at the bottom. Note that if you still have remaining usage time, the free days shown at the beginning of the order are part of your previous subscription.
Next, you need to confirm the payment in your online bank. After payment confirmation, the usage time will activate in the app within a few minutes.
