Issue resolved – Location Updates - 23/9

The earlier issue has been resolved and services are operating normally again.

We are currently experiencing a network outage with one of our operators, which is affecting location updates for some devices.


Affected devices:

  • Artemis

  • All Ultracom R10 series devices with Global SIM

  • Some G10i

  • Some Luna devices

Not affected devices:

  • Tracker Active

  • Tracker Bark

  • Some Tracker Luna devices

  • Tracker Supra

  • Tracker G1000

  • Tracker G500

  • b-Bark


Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working with the operator to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
