Issue with Bark and Active device connection

Update 24.7.2024

The Tracker Bark/Active SIM operator has a 10-hour long system update on 24.7.2024, and as with all system updates and maintenance, there is always the possibility that it may cause some interference or short breaks in Tracker Bark/Active tracking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to Tracker Bark/Active users!

Update 24.06.2024

The operator has reported network problems that may affect a small number of devices. They are currently investigating the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Update 18.6.2024

Tracker Active/Bark device's SIM card mobile operator has a database maintenance (a system upgrade) related to these previous days data connection signalling issues, and it has started 7:00 UTC and lasts 8 hours. Hopefully there is no Tracker Active/Bark data connection issues as a result of this mainteance, but might affect also Tracker Active/Bark data connections

Update 6.6.2024

The problem recurred today but was swiftly addressed by the operator. The devices should now function normally after an outage that lasted approximately 30 minutes. However, there might still be some issues in certain areas
