Active devices were affected between 12:15 and 12:30 Finnish time.
Bark and some Luna devices experienced issues from 12:15 to 13:30 Finnish time.
During these times, some devices may have experienced intermittent connectivity problems. The issue was identified promptly, and we have been informed by our partner that it has now been fully resolved. All affected services are operating normally again.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are actively working with our provider to prevent similar issues in the future.
