We are currently seeing intermittent mobile data connectivity on a subset of Luna devices that have been updated to the latest firmware.
This may result in:
Delayed or missing live location updates in the Tracker app
Unreliable location sharing between users
To reduce further impact, we have temporarily limited new firmware downloads while our team works on a fix together with our partners.
